By using Migraine Control or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Not Medical Advice

Migraine Control is a tracking tool. It is not a medical provider, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace professional medical advice. Migraine Control is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

For diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or urgent symptoms, please contact a qualified clinician. For emergencies, call your local emergency number.

Your Entries And Reports

You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for deciding how to use or share reports generated from your diary. Reports are meant to support conversations with a clinician, not to make medical decisions on their own.

Your Account And Device

If you enable Cloud Sync, you are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping access to your device and email secure.

Purchases

Migraine Control is sold as a one-time paid app where app store purchases are available. We do not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases in the app.

Purchases, payment processing, taxes, refunds, and payment method handling are managed by the app store or payment provider you use to buy the app, including Google Play for Android purchases. Your purchase is also subject to that store's terms and refund rules.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how optional Cloud Sync works, and how deletion works. You can request deletion of your account and associated Cloud Sync data from the data deletion page.

License To Use The App

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Migraine Control for your own tracking. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except where allowed by law.

Acceptable Use

Please do not use Migraine Control or this website to:

• Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
• Try to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to access data, systems, or accounts that are not yours.
• Misrepresent Migraine Control or use it to provide medical advice to others.

Third-Party Services

Migraine Control may rely on third-party services for app stores, payment processing for one-time app purchases, hosting, authentication, email delivery, and optional Cloud Sync. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Changes And Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the app improves. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimers

Migraine Control is provided as is and as available. We aim to make it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every medical or personal situation.

Limitation Of Liability
